We incorporate our love for community and community resources to educate, guide, and elevate businesses in the main three areas of Operations, Strategy, and Professional Development.
Using a case management approach and evidenced based practices, together we can provide individualized and custom Systems and Processes for your business goals. The data collected from these processes positions management and leadership to make data-driven decisions, apply for grants and private funding, and provide legal, safe, and profitable working conditions.

Hello, my name is LaKeyue Williams, I am a resident of South Bend, Indiana.
Raised and educated locally, I received my high school diploma from James Whitcomb Riley High School in 1998. In 2004, graduated from Bethel College with a double major in Human Services and Criminal Justice. This set the foundation for over 20 years of nonprofit work, providing case management, and continuous education related to people centered practices.

With a transformative leadership approach and a strong commitment to advocacy, I am dedicated to elevating your business to new heights.
My journey is a testament to perseverance and growth—from navigating life’s challenges as a divorced mother of five to achieving homeownership and earning a Master’s degree in Management and Leadership during the pandemic.
Along the way, I’ve transitioned from Section 8 housing to entrepreneurship, and from full-time employment to owning and managing businesses.
My top five CliftonStrengths have been pivotal in this journey, guiding me through practical and applicable experiences in securing capital funding for small businesses.
